Abstract
Streptococcus pneumoniae is not commonly considered an agent of urinary tract infections. We report 3 children with urinary tract abnormalities who had high numbers of S. pneumoniae in their urine (≥10⁴ CFU/mL) and varying clinical symptoms.Entities:
