Abstract
Meningeal melanocytoma is an uncommon pigmented neoplasm that affects the CNS and develops in the cranial and spinal leptomeninges. Here we report on a case of malignant transformation of intracranial supratentorial meningeal melanocytoma which recurred after 3 years as malignant melanoma. This case demonstrates that the biological behavior of melanocytoma is uncertain and that these lesions may recur as malignant melanoma.Entities:
