Abstract
Exocytosis mutants of Tetrahymena thermophila are deficient in mucus release. Experiments to chromosomally locate two of these mutants are described, using the technique of deletion mapping with nullisomic strains. One exo locus has been assigned to chromosome 5.Entities:
