Abstract
Tyrosine phosphorylation controls many cellular functions. Yet the three-part toolkit that regulates phosphotyrosine signaling-tyrosine kinases, phosphotyrosine phosphatases, and Src Homology 2 (SH2) domains-is a relatively new innovation.
