Abstract
We report on the case of a 45-year-old lady with metastatic carcinoid tumour and carcinoid syndrome who develops severe valvulopathy involving the tricuspid and pulmonary valve. The use of three-dimensional transoesophageal echocardiography allowed more detailed morphological assessment of tricuspid and pulmonary valve pathology, sub-valvular apparatus and improved delineation of the relationship between these structures and surrounding cardiac chambers.Entities:
