A double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of topical PUVA in persistent palmoplantar pustulosis.

Abstract

The effect of topical PUVA was investigated in the treatment of patients with persistent palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP). In this double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of 27 patients with PPP there was an overall improvement of the hands and feet in both the active and placebo-treated areas and little difference between them.
