Abstract
Optoacoustic tomography can visualize optical contrast in tissues while capitalizing on the advantages of ultrasound, such as high spatial resolution and fast imaging capabilities. We report a novel multispectral optoacoustic tomography system for deep tissue small animal imaging. The previously undocumented capacity of whole-body optoacoustic tomography at a video rate has been demonstrated by visualizing mouse kidney perfusion using Indocyanine Green in vivo.Entities:
