Abstract
Metastasis is the predominant cause of death in most breast cancer patients. The molecular mechanisms underlying metastasis from primary tumors to distant organs are not clearly characterized. In this review, we depict the role of ROCK signaling in regulating cell motility and growth, and discuss the contribution of this signaling to breast cancer metastasis.Entities:
