Antidepressant adverse drug reactions.

A A Nierenberg1, J O Cole.

Abstract

The authors examine the background of antidepressant adverse drug reaction assessments, and the biological basis, clinical implications, management, and prediction of antidepressant adverse drug reactions. Estimates of adverse drug reaction severity versus frequency are presented in contrast to prior attempts to estimate only the relative risk of developing antidepressant adverse drug reactions.
