No statistically significant difference noted between conditions for bench press power (p = 0.93), reps 1st set (p = 0.99), total reps (p = 0.98), mean reps (p = 0.98), total volume load (p = 0.99), mean volume load (p = 0.99), heart rate (p = 0.56), or perceived exertion (p = 0.98).
