Abstract
We examined the relationship between internalized stigma and changes in vocational function. Persons with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder (n=78) were assessed at baseline and 5 months after vocational rehabilitation. Internalized stigma and cognitive-behavioral treatment predicted change in vocational functioning, supporting the view that internalized stigma compromises vocational outcomes.Entities:
