The Vermont Oxford Network: a community of practice.

Abstract

The Vermont Oxford Network is a not-for-profit organization established in the late 1980s with the goals of improving the quality and safety of medical care for newborn infants and their families through a coordinated program of research, education, and quality improvement. In this paper the authors discuss the activities and programs sponsored by the Network to achieve those goals. Copyright 2010. Published by Elsevier Inc.
