NF-kappaB: no longer an island, but a piece of a continent.

Gioacchino Natoli1.

Abstract

The Keystone meeting on NF-kappaB in Inflammation and Disease held in January covered several aspects of NF-kappaB regulation. Many new concepts emerged in signalling, transcriptional control and the involvement of NF-kappaB in disease, particularly cancer.
