Abstract
Eczema is a term used to describe a variety of conditions which primarily include atopic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, both irritant and allergic, scabies, tinea infections and immunodeficiencies. Some physicians use the term solely to describe atopic dermatitis. The article reviews clinical findings, etiology, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, complications and new therapies for atopic dermatitis.Entities:
