Abstract
The inorganic constituents of the sap of Rheum (rhubarb), Rumex (field sorrel), and Oxalis (wood sorrel) show a great preponderance of cations over anions, as would be expected if the cations entered chiefly as hydrates (other possibilities will be discussed in Part 2).Entities:
