Abstract
A technique is described by which a medium composed of fibrinogen suspension, serum, and embryo juice may be made. Fibroblasts grew in this medium about as well as in plasma and embryo juice. A strain of connective tissue in this medium remained practically as active as the control for several passages.Entities:
