Hyaluronan-based Glycoclusters as Probes for Chemical Glycobiology.

Abstract

A strategy is described for the synthesis of β-(1,3)-GlcA-GlcNAc dimeric and tetrameric glycoclusters through the conjugation of disaccharide groups onto a diaminodiamide aromatic scaffold by reductive amination.
