Abstract
Although CD95 (Fas/Apo-1) has long been known to be broadly expressed in the brain, its function has remained enigmatic. In this issue of Cell Stem Cell, Corsini et al. (2009) now show that CD95 serves as a potent activator of neurogenesis in both the healthy and injured brain.Entities:
