Abstract
Large increases in the production of cerebrospinal fluid have been observed after the intraventricular administration of cholera toxin. Because cholera toxin stimulates adenylate cyclase, the data suggest that adenosine 3',5'-monophosphate plays a role in cerebrospinal fluid production.Entities:
