Abstract
Sensitivity and specificity of permutation tests for the detection of multiharmonic responses in steady-state evoked potentials were assessed using simulated responses embedded in real and artificial EEG noise. Different statistics may serve as input for the permutation algorithm. Among those tested, the sum of magnitudes of harmonics performed best.Mesh:
