Recent studies on antimalarial efficacy of piperaquine and hydroxypiperaquine.

L Chen1.

Abstract

Piperaquine and hydroxypiperaquine seem to be successful candidates of antimalarial drugs in China. Their antimalarial efficacy, experimental resistance, combination, mode of antimalarial action and clinical trials are described briefly.
