Abstract
Brefeldin A (BFA) is one of the most popular drugs used by researchers for studies on secretion and endocytosis because it interferes with specific vesicle coat proteins via action on a guanine nucleotide exchange factor. Due to its range of morphological effects on the Golgi apparatus in a variety of plant tissues, we believe that there is more to the BFA response than the primary molecular targets so far identified.Entities:
