Abstract
The use of various computational techniques for the study of photosynthetic systems is described ranging from genome analysis to density functional simulations of the oxygen evolving complex of PSII. The use of simulations for analyzing protein structures can aid in clarifying ambiguous and incomplete experimental results to identifying underlying rules to create efficient light-initiated charge separation at high efficiency.Entities:
