Gene networks in Arabidopsis thaliana for metabolic and environmental functions.

Shisong Ma1, Hans J Bohnert.

Abstract

Transcript dynamics of the Arabidopsis genome is captured in a high-confidence, realistic GGM(Graphical Gaussian Model)-based gene network that identifies co-regulation correlation of 22 000 genes across >150 conditions in specific clusters.
