Synthesis and nuclease susceptibility of alpha-oligodeoxyribonucleotide phosphorothioate.

Abstract

Novel DNA analog, alpha-2'-deoxyoligothymidylate phosphorothioate was conveniently synthesized via phosphoramidite solid support method. The non natural DNA analog showed enhanced stability toward enzymatic degradation.
