Abstract
The response to most medication, including antiplatelet drugs, is highly variable between individuals. Observational studies have shown that nonresponders to antiplatelet agents appear to have an increased incidence of vascular events. This review article reviews the background, mechanisms, and evidence in support of the clinical significance of this phenomenon.Mesh:
