Abstract
Taurodontism represents morphological abnormality of the teeth followed by the enlargement of the elongation of the pulp chamber in vertical direction; and which is connected with: racial traits, some syndromes, or in most cases appears as the consequence of the increased number of X chromosomes. In the study is presented rare case of hypertaurodont maxillary second premolar and surgical admission during the extraction. Since the classical extraction was not possible because of the rooth mass and the alveol wideness, we did the alveotomia.Entities:
