Abstract
We report a patient with extensive lipomatosis involving both the ileum and mesentery. Axial computed tomographic images showed that diffuse and multiple intramural masses of fat densities compressed the ileum interior and abundant mesenteric fat compressed the retroperitoneum. Coronal magnetic resonance images showed thumbprinting of fluid containing ileum caused by fat-intensity masses.Entities:
