Abstract
Adequate transpupillary access to the lens is essential to the success of phaco procedures, especially in cases with zonular weakness and capsular inadequacy. When patients do not respond to pharmacological agents, mechanical measures are necessary. Nevertheless, most of these have significant risks. We believe that our iris retraction technique with Malyugin ring has several advantages.Entities:
