Abstract
The production of a full-arch metal casting that seats passively on multiple implant fixtures is technically a considerable undertaking. Despite the most meticulous attention to detail, this procedure may be impossible to obtain every time with the resources presently available. This article describes possible errors and makes recommendations as to how the clinical steps can, through careful clinical procedures, be controlled. The question of whether to cast in one piece or in multiple sections that are soldered is discussed.Mesh:
