Complete assignments of (1)H and (13)C NMR spectral data for arylnaphthalene lignan lactones.

Abstract

In this work we describe the complete (1)H and (13)C NMR analyses of three arylnaphtalene lignan lactones (taiwanin C, 4-methyl dehydroretrodendrin and justicidin B) using modern NMR techniques such as gCOSY, nonedited gHSQC, gHMBC and NOE experiments. Complete assignment and homonuclear hydrogen coupling constant measurements were performed. (c) 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
