Abstract
Wellens' syndrome is characterized by symmetrically inverted T-waves in the precordial leads suggestive of impending myocardial infarction due to a critical proximal left anterior descending (LAD) stenosis. We describe three unusual cases of patients with such electrocardiographic abnormality in which coronary angiography ruled out the presence of critical coronary stenosis and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging excluded the presence of acute or chronic myocardial infarction.Entities:
