Abstract
Epithelial ingrowth is a rare but devastating condition of the eye, known to complicate incisional ocular procedures. We report a case of secondary glaucoma due to epithelial ingrowth following limbal conjunctival autograft in a case of recurrent pterygium. To prevent such devastating conditions from occurring dissection of recurrent pterygium demands special care to avoid anterior chamber penetration.Entities:
