Abstract
Distal radius fractures are common injuries. Multiple classification systems have highlighted the evolution of the understanding of distal radius fractures. Understanding the classifications of distal radius fractures is important in identifying the important aspects that affect their outcome. Surgical indications of distal radius fractures can be divided into the following categories: patient factors, fracture reduction, fracture stability, and the presence of associated injuries.Entities:
