New Constitutents of Roots of Polygonum cuspidatum.

Abstract

A new naphtoquinone and 9 known phenolic components were isolated from a Japanese drug the roots of POLYGONUM CUSPIDATUM. The new component was proved to be 2-methoxy-6-acetyl-7-methyljuglone.
