Abstract
We describe the rare case of a patient with an isolated endocarditis of the pulmonary valve caused by Pasteurella multocida. The bacterium was cultured from blood as well as from the excised valve after pulmonary valve replacement. Risk factors were contact with animals and concurrent intravenous drug use.Entities:
