Abstract
We report a patient with progressive ophthalmological problems related to a dural carotid-cavernous fistula who was successfully treated endovascularly. Cavernous sinus catheterization was achieved through the contralateral superior petrosal sinus, permitting occlusion of the fistula without complications.Entities:
