Abstract
The central nervous system (CNS) is an organ with a unique profile of vulnerability to antineoplastic treatments. In many cases, CNS neurotoxicity is the dose-limiting side effect of treatment for systemic and CNS neoplasms. Novel methods of delivering radiation and chemotherapy agents have led to recognition of new forms of CNS neurotoxicity. In this article, the authors review the most important CNS toxicities of cancer treatment.Entities:
