Abstract
We report a case of 20-year-old man who presented with bilateral femoral nerve palsy following resuscitation for traumatic massive blood loss and its consequence. A high suspicious index for this complication may lead to its early recognition. Its related pathoanatomy is discussed based on the described evidences in the literature. Nonoperative treatment remains as a recommended option for coagulopathy-related neuropathy.Entities:
