Abstract
A retrospective study was performed to determine the differences in embryo survival and frozen-thawed embryo transfers outcome between cryopreservation performed on day 3 versus day 2. We conclude that freezing supernumerary embryos on day 3 provides similar thawing survival parameters, better implantation, pregnancy, and live-birth rates compared with day 2 cryopreservation.Mesh:
