Abstract
Cell-based genome-wide RNA interference screens are being used to address an increasingly broad spectrum of biological questions. In one recent screen, Drosophila cell cultures treated with double-stranded RNA were analyzed by flow cytometry, providing a wealth of new information and identifying 488 regulators of the cell cycle, cell size, and cell death.Entities:
