Abstract
Women with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) are subject to several complications during pregnancy, including reactivation of SLE, thrombosis, miscarriage, neonatal lupus, pregnancy-induced hypertension, pulmonary hypertension and drug toxicity. Correct management of these patients requires combined medical-obstetric care, close surveillance of baby's growth and well-being, control of SLE activity and correct thromboprophylaxis. With good care, most pregnancies in women with SLE and APS end successfully.Entities:
