Retraction: cortical margining capabilities of fins associated with ventral cervical spine instrumentation.

My original paper on the "Cortical Margining Capabilities of Fins1" has been made based on the data studied while I was working at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation as a research fellow. However, this article was submitted to two international journals by me and the co-author at the same time independently. I hereby retract the paper.
