Abstract
The routine use of vasodilators in patients with acute coronary syndromes or other groups undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) cannot be recommended at present. However, in the event of no-reflow occurring following PCI, intracoronary adenosine or verapamil should be administered.Entities:
