Abstract
Herpes simplex virus (HSV) type 1 and type 2 specific immune sera have been produced by adsorption with glutaraldehyde-polymerized heterologous virus antigen. The adsorbed sera showed high specificity in complement fixation, immunoelectroosmophoresis and neutralization tests, The precipitin patterns in IEOP indicate the presence of at least five HSV type 1 and three HSV type 2 specific antigens.Entities:
