Abstract

We report an infant with hepatic hemangioendothelioma (HAE) associated with compensated hypothyroidism. The hepatic lesions regressed with steroid therapy and his thyroid function normalized with high doses of thyroxine supplement. 2007 Wiley-Liss, Inc
