Abstract
BACKGROUND: A 51-year-old male presented with a penile deformity without obvious etiology. Physical examination revealed hard plaques in the dorsal and ventral penis. INVESTIGATIONS: Physical examination, penile ultrasound. DIAGNOSIS: Peyronie's disease. MANAGEMENT: Oral pentoxifylline.Entities:
