From transcription to mRNA: PAF provides a new path.

Abstract

Two new studies reveal a novel connection between transcription and pre-mRNA processing: the Paf1 elongation complex is involved in the 3' end formation of polyadenylated and nonpolyadenylated RNA polymerase II transcripts.
