Abstract
We investigated the minimum inhibitory concentrations of some fluoroquinolones for Mycoplasma genitalium and their bacteriological efficacy in the treatment of M. genitalium-positive nongonococcal urethritis. In vitro, levofloxacin was less active than gatifloxacin, tosufloxacin, and sparfloxacin. In vivo, the bacteriological efficacy of gatifloxacin was superior to that of levofloxacin or tosufloxacin.Entities:
