Abstract
50 patients who underwent major surgery for head and neck cancer and reconstructed with radial forearm microvascular free flaps, were assessed with regard to social adaptation, appearance and in particular mouth function. The results were compared with a similar group of patients who underwent reconstruction with either primary repair or pedicled flaps.Entities:
